Jammu & Kashmir, Reorganisation Act 2019.

   Brief Background of Jammu & Kashmir!                 In 2019, Early days of 15th August 

        Central Government has taken major steps to abrogate the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. This was the only state in India which had separate constitution, dual citizenship and flag under article 370 & 35A of the Indian Original Constitution. Regards the Indian Parliament passed the Jammu & Kashmir Reorganization Act on Aug 5, 2019. The act was gained majority of votes from the Legislative Council (upper house) & Legislative Assembly (lower house). Act is being under proceed and handed over to the hon'ble President of India "Ram Nath Kovind". He granted this act signing on it..! 

   Since then (Aug 5, 2019) Article 370 & 35A Repealed from the Indian Constitution!!!. 

      About couple of months later, Oct 31, 2019 state Jammu & Kashmir were divided into two parts and called them union territories 

  1). Jammu & Kashmir (It has legislative council) 

2). Ladakh (it has no legislative council) ‌                It's such a honour, proud and pleasure to the Indian citizens. 

    If these both are union territories here the power and administration should be goes to Central Govt. There might be reduce the terrorism, violence and illegal activities from the neighbouring countries!!!
